How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If you purchased online as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier. If a single order includes several goods delivered separately, this period starts upon delivery of the last item.
To submit your withdrawal online, click the “Withdraw from the contract” button on this page. Complete the form with your first name, last name, order number and email address, check the summary and click “Confirm withdrawal” to submit your declaration.
You will receive an email acknowledgement without undue delay, including the declaration submitted and the date and time of submission. You do not need an account on the website.
Alternatively, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an explicit statement to [email protected], including by using the model withdrawal form provided by the Italian Consumer Code. The online function is an additional channel and does not replace the other methods available by law.
Returning the goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before that period expires. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Pack the goods carefully to protect them during transport and include the original packaging and accessories where available. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We will reimburse the payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. Supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will use the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed, without charging you any refund fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Scope and exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code applies to purchases made for purposes outside your trade, business or profession. The exceptions set out in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code remain applicable, including goods made to order or clearly personalised.
