• Materials: Transparent resin with metal accents

• Filling System: “Arc Filler,” more commonly known as the “Crescent Filler.” The Crescent Filler is a historic filling system patented by Conklin in 1897. It operates via a metal crescent mounted on the pen’s barrel: pressing it compresses an internal rubber sac, expelling air. When released, the sac expands and draws ink from the inkwell. A rotating ring locks the crescent to prevent accidental pressure. It’s a simple, robust, and fascinating mechanism, highly appreciated by collectors for its historical value and vintage charm.
