We have always loved the Kaweco Sport, an iconic pen that has been produced since 1935. The original model was made of celluloid, with a transparent section and a piston filling system. It featured an octagonal shape and a very compact design.
Because of its small size, the Sport was advertised as the ideal pen for athletes and for practical, everyday use, and it quickly became a great success.
The long cap of the fountain pen, once posted on the barrel, gives the Sport a ‘regular’ writing length.
We were struck by the depth of this color: a shadowy, almost lunar green with violet reflections that appear like a hidden secret. It’s a shade that tells a story and makes each writing instrument truly unique.
It’s a color with personality, perfect for those who appreciate subtle sophistication.
