Delta Indigenous People BAJAU Fountain Pen Limited edition

Delta continues its commitment to celebrating and preserving the cultures of endangered peoples through the Indigenous People collection.
The newest edition is dedicated to the Bajau, the legendary Nomads of the Sea, a community that has lived in symbiosis with the ocean for generations.

The nomadic Bajau tribe, who live between the Philippines and Malaysia, have a special ability: they can hold their breath for over five minutes, diving to depths of tens of meters.

Every detail of the pen pays tribute to their identity. The clip is inspired by the shape of the Lepa, the traditional boat that represents life itself for the Bajau people, enriched with typical decorative motifs engraved on the front and sides.
The metal band on the barrel reproduces an ornamental pattern commonly found in their ceremonial garments, while the chromatic resin gradients evoke the vivid colors of their clothing and the marine environment in which they live.

The finely engraved nib features the traditional Bajau women’s headdress, a symbol of elegance and cultural identity.
This creation blends Italian craftsmanship with deep respect for a unique culture, transforming writing into an act of memory and celebration.
