After celebrating the great gods of Olympus, Visconti opens a new chapter in the Mythos collection, dedicated to heroes: more human figures who embody courage, intelligence and determination.

The first hero to inaugurate this new direction is Odysseus, the legendary hero of Homer’s Odyssey. During his long journey home to Ithaca, Odysseus crosses unknown lands, follows the call of curiosity and faces obstacles that test his perseverance.
His strength lies in his ability to understand circumstances, change course and find a way forward even when his destination seems to move further away.

With the Mirage Mythos Odysseus, Visconti interprets this tension between the desire for discovery and the connection to one’s origins.
A theme that has crossed the centuries and finds a deeply personal dimension through writing: giving shape to thoughts, preserving experiences and recognizing oneself in one’s own words.

The pen’s resin combines deep blue tones, turquoise shades and shifting reflections, evoking the waters of the Mediterranean, their ever-changing character and the movement of light across the surface of the sea. The yellow gold-plated finishes introduce the warmth of sunlight, creating a sophisticated balance with the marine tones.

The design retains the distinctive elements of the Mythos collection: a large A70 stainless steel nib, a metal grip section and the engraved «MYTHOS» ring. The characteristic Visconti V, stylized to evoke the profile of Mount Olympus, maintains the connection with the mythological universe from which the collection originates.
