Delta Baia – The Sunken City | Only 3 Numbered Pieces

The Delta Baia – The Sunken City is a special edition limited to only three individually numbered fountain pens: 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3.
The inspiration comes from Baia, an ancient Roman city located in the Phlegraean Fields of Southern Italy. During the Roman Empire, Baia was one of its most elegant and beloved destinations.
Over the centuries, however, the city was gradually submerged by the sea as a result of the geological phenomenon known as bradyseism.

Today, its remains rest beneath the waters of the Gulf of Pozzuoli, where history and nature meet in a unique underwater landscape.
Columns, structures and traces of the ancient city lie beneath the surface, surrounded by the changing colours of the sea and the light filtering through the water.

These three Delta Baia fountain pens are dedicated to this extraordinary sunken city and draw inspiration from the evocative hues of its underwater depths.
Through their colours and shades, each piece interprets the atmosphere of a place where history continues to live in the silence beneath the sea.

The pen features a piston filling system with an ink window, and is fitted with a prestigious #6 14K gold nib.
The nib is available in the following sizes: Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Stub 1.1, Flex Extra Fine and Flex Fine.
