TAX: the prices quoted do not include VAT which beapplies to all shipment to European union Countries. For purchases shipped within the E.U. a 20% VAT charge will be added to the quoted prices during the order on line. VAT charges do not apply to orders shipped outside the European Countries.
We usually process your order in 1-2 days, if the product is available in stock and your payment has been received by our bank or authorized your Credit Card company.

  Only available in Europe; less expensive then DHL EXPRESS

  Shipments are home delivered between Monday and Friday.

  You may track the order yourself using the service DOVE QUANDO ( in Italian )on the POSTEITALIANE web site (we'll inform you by email when we ship, providing also your tracking number ).By consulting the dovequando service online you can access information on the status of shipments up until they arrive at their destination. If the shipment is "being delivered" you can ask online to receive confirmation that the delivery has been made, by email or SMS, at no additional cost.
  Paccocelere Internazional shipments are home delivered between Monday and Friday.
  Typically need 4-7 days ford elivery. Times are not guaranteed, also depends on customs

RETURNS - SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK

Satisfied or money back within 10 working days.
According to the Italian regulatory for the protection of the consumer (D.L. 22maggio 1999, n.185), if the product is different from your expectation, you can withdraw and return it to us, getting back its full price paid.
This advantage is reserved to private customers, not to companies or professional users.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Please ask our authorization by email (info@stilografica.it) or fax (+390552656619) within 10 working days from the date of arrival.
You can ship the product back by registered mail or courier, at your own cost, within 10 working days from the date of arrival, on condition that the product was unused, in its original package, with its box and papers, and the return was authorised by mail, to the following address:
