Payment Methods

All prices displayed on www.stilografica.it are expressed in Euro (€).

For some brands, due to their commercial policy, online price publication is not allowed. In these cases, simply click on “Request Information” and we will provide you as soon as possible with pricing, availability, shipping and payment details.


Accepted Payment Methods

www.stilografica.it accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Amazon Pay

Credit Card Payments

The following credit cards are currently accepted:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard


Payment Security

All credit card payments are processed through Banca Sella secure servers, protected by advanced 128-bit encryption protocols and Verisign digital certification.

Your credit card details are never stored on our servers and all transactions are handled with the highest level of security.

Any attempt of fraud will be prosecuted according to applicable law.


When will my card be charged?

For credit card payments, the charge is processed only when the order is shipped.


PayPal

By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal’s secure platform to complete your purchase.

If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create one directly during checkout.


Bank Transfer

If payment is made via bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our bank account.

To speed up the process, you may send a copy of the bank transfer including the CRO/TRN reference number by e-mail to: info@stilografica.it

In this case, shipment may be processed within 24/48 hours after verification.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.


Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to Italian Consumer Protection Law (Legislative Decree 206/2005), private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and obtain a refund, including standard shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private consumers and does not apply to companies or VAT-registered professionals.


Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • perfectly intact;
  • unused;
  • complete with all accessories, refills, cartridges, warranty papers and original packaging.

In the specific case of fountain pens, the pen must not have been inked or used.


Timing and Procedure

The withdrawal request must be communicated within 14 days from receipt of the goods via written e-mail communication.

After our confirmation, the product may be returned via courier or insured postal shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, Casa della Stilografica will process the refund via Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or bank transfer within the time limits established by applicable law.
